Describe the bedrooms?
There are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full size bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe cabinet and closet for storage. One bedroom has a TV/VCR.

Are there fans?
Each bedroom and the living room has a ceiling fan.

Does the bathroom have a tub or shower stall?
The full bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

Is the pier shared?
No, the pier is private and only used by the people renting the cottage. The frontage is all sand.

How can I Reserve my vacation dates?
Please contact us via email or phone (414-801-9419) to determine dates that the cottage is available. Once the vacation period is selected, a deposit check is required to reserve that time period for your vacation.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your reservation is a contract between you and Birch Cottage that says, we will hold the cottage and will not rent it out to anyone else for the time period you have reserved. Because of this, please keep in mind the following cancellation terms:
If you must cancel your reserved dates, you have the option of rescheduling your reservation within one year of your original reservation date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new reservation period. Please contact us for available dates to reschedule.
If you cancel your reservation dates and DO NOT reschedule your stay within one year of your original reservation date, the following cancellation terms apply:
If we are able to re-rent the Birch Cottage for the time period you have reserved, your deposit will be returned to you. If we are unable to re-rent the time period that you have reserved, your deposit will not be returned.
